Quality inclusions throughout consisting of large shower, pedestal basin and old charm style loo.
The Kitchen is fully functional with Electric Oven and Hotplates Large Fridge and Dishwasher. We have made sure it is well stocked with crockery, glasses and cutlery and of course microwave.
The TV has a DVD Player and also connected to cable. A Gas Log fire is a convenient way to keep warm without the mess but we also have Gas Central Heating. In Summer we have air conditioning available.
There are no dust bunnies under the bed as it is nice and high for us to clean under and to throw your suitcases.
The dining Table is a good size for two people and also makes a handy work station if needed.

The laundry has a front loading washing machine for those staying longer than a few days with pull out clothes line outside or just use the airing rack provided.
We have tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable and always appreciate feedback direct........ Our priority is happy guests.
